Rathwood is a popular shopping and activity centre in the South East, famous for its annual Santa Train and delicious cakes. Located in the Wicklow/Carlow border, Rathwood has a busy schedule of events and seasonal activities. The centre has experimented plenty of change over the past few years, ‘reinventing’ the Rathwood experience and constantly adding new ideas for its customers. Rathwood is one of Retail Excellence Ireland Top 30 stores in 2012.

Irish Horse Welfare Trust – IHWT
Charity
Practice PR has worked for over 10 years with Ireland’s equine welfare charity, the Irish Horse Welfare Trust (IHWT), based in Woodenbridge, Co. Wicklow.
IHWT rescues neglected horses from acrossIreland, rehabilitates them and finds new homes where they can get a second chance. The charity also runs an ex-racing horse retraining programme.
Practice PR has written and distributed press releases about the charity’s many projects and campaigns, including the high profile case of the horses of Dunsink and how the charity joined efforts with Fingal County Council to find an educational solution to the problem of neglected horses in the area.
In these 10 years, the charity has grown in the number of members and fans, as well as public awareness. As a result, many horses have been rescued and rehomed.

Zutec
Digital Services Company
Zutec is an Irish web based solutions company for building and asset management industries.
Zutec wanted to publicise the company’s growth, focusing on contract wins inAustraliaand theMiddle East. The objective of Practice PR’s work was to promote Zutec as a truly international company, weathering the downturn in the economy through penetration of new markets.
Over three months, Practice PR wrote and distributed various press releases, obtaining extensive online and offline coverage for the Zutec story. As a result of the effective PR campaign, Zutec secured part of the BES funding it was looking to raise.
