Horse lovers can now purchase the ‘Save a Horse’ mobile application for iPhone, launched in support of the Irish Horse Welfare Trust (IHWT).
The app contains 17 topics including information about Ireland’s only dedicated equine charity, videos, volunteering opportunities and fundraising; as well as useful information for horse owners, from nutrition tips to dental care.
The mobile app costs €3.99 and can be shared on Twitter and Facebook. Donations to the IHWT can also be done directly from the application.
The application has been developed by Grey Horse Apps, an Irish based app business, in support of the work IHWT does rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming neglected horses in Ireland. Grey Horse Apps was set up in 2010 and has developed equestrian apps for iPhone, iPad and Android.
